Common Selection Screen

Delete Rates, Duplicate Rates, Extend Rates and Modify Rates functions have a common selection screen. When Selections have been made, click on the ‘Forward’ button to continue to the next screen.

Select Database Options By

The following choices are available to select Options by:

Location (Dropdown)

Service Option Location Code From/To – or leave blank to select all locations.

Option Service (Multi Select List Box)

Service Option Service Code – all or selected service codes.

Supplier Code (Dropdown)

Service Option Supplier Code From/To – or leave blank to select all suppliers

Option (6 Char)

Option Code From/To – or leave blank to select all option codes.

Database Analysis 1 – 3 (Multi Select List Boxes)

All or selected Database Analysis Codes

Select Rates By

The following choices are available to select rates by from the options which will have been selected based on the criteria in the ‘Select Database Options by’ section

Based on (Date)

A From Date/To Date selection. For example, if rates up to 31/December 2004 need to be deleted, the From Date would be the earliest possible date (it can’t be left blank) and the To Date would be 31/12/2004.

Cost Currency (Dropdown)

Rates with the selected Cost Currency. Leave blank to select all Cost Currencies

Sell Currency (Dropdown)

Rates with the selected Sell Currency. Leave blank to select all Sell Currencies

Price Code (Multi Select List Box)

All or selected price codes

Rate Status (Multi Select List Box)

All or selected Rate Statuses.
